What to Expect:

With 26 hours of Yomassage Floor training I've created a  signature interactive mat session.  A fusion of fascial release massage, restorative positions using a variey of props and mindful breath-work. 

  Each supported position is held for about 8  to 10 minutes while therapeutic  massage is applied to various parts of the body. A mind, body and soul experience that centers, relaxes and restores.
